Birthday party details
- Friday nights from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sundays from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Y Members – $90.00 for 15 children (additional children are $3.00 each)
- Non-Members – $125.00 for 15 children (additional children are $3.00 each)
- Payment in FULL required prior to booking.
- Use of lobby room for your party food (private kitchenette included)
- Use of tables and chairs
- Use of pool, main and auxiliary gym, Family Fun Zone
- YMCA birthday shirt for the Birthday Child.
- Adult Supervision is required at all times in every location the children are participating in.
- You are responsible for cleaning up the area after your party is over.
- Additional Children (above 15) must be paid for on the day of the event.
- Two weeks’ notice is required to receive a full refund for any cancellation.
- Less than two weeks up to 1-week notice is required for any cancellation to receive $65.00/member or $100/non-member.
- One week up to 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation to receive $45.00/member or $62.00/non-member.
- Cancellation 48 hours or less, refunds not obtainable.
