Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Silver&Fit™
This program allows eligible Medicare members (65 years of age and older or on disability) to obtain a fitness facility membership at no cost. Members’ health plan coverage provides access to cardiovascular equipment, resistance and strength training equipment, and any standard classes or amenities. Fit On Health
FitOn Health is a leading corporate wellness platform that offers an all-in-one solution to support members at every stage of their health journey.
Click Here To sign-up for Your Account. Next you’ll be presented with a screen to enter in your preferred email address and choose a secure password to create your account. You will then be prompted to enter in your information that matches what is on file with your Medicare plan. If eligible, you will then proceed to our onboarding process where we’ll get to know more about your fitness goals. Once through onboarding you’ll have full access to your online account.
How does a user purchase a membership through FitOn Health?
Once you have signed up for a FitOn Health account and are signed in, begin exploring our network of fitness facilities through our In-Person tab. A list of facility results in your area will automatically appear on the left side of the screen. Scroll through the list to view your options or utilize the search bar. Once you have located your desired facility, visit the facility’s dedicated FitOn Health page to view their offerings. Select ‘Purchase Membership.’ Upon completing the purchase transaction, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation receipt to your email address on file. You may choose to print your confirmation email out or write down your Member ID # to bring into the facility with you.
Renew Active®
Renew Active helps keep your mind and body fit by combining the benefits of a workout facility, access to workout videos, and an online brain health program. Stay active, exercise your mind, and stay connected with other people like you!
Check your eligibility on the Renew Active portal or by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card. Each member will have their own unique Confirmation Code beginning with the letter “A” or “S” and followed by 9 digits. You will need to provide this code or your AARP UnitedHealthcare insurance card to the YMCA Welcome Center when setting up your membership.
