HIIT With BILL

The Body Workshop

Tues  5:15-6:00PM

A challenging strength and endurance workout using a variety of tools to provide a thorough workout for all fitness levels.

Thai Cardio Pads

Mon and/or Wed 6:45 – 7:45 PM.

Gentle Stretch

Fri 7:00-7:30AM

For all ages and fitness levels. Gentle stretching helps enable participants to increase range of motion, prevent injuries, and reduce the effects of arthritis.

 

 

Zumba

Tues and/or Thurs 6:30-7:30PM and/or Sat 9:00-10:00 AM

A fun, exhilarating, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness class that is easy to follow!

Boot Camp

Mon and/or Wed 5:30-6:30PM

Be prepared to work hard! This total body workout challenges balance, core, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

 

 

 

 

 

Stretch and Balance

Mon or Wed 7:00-7:45 AM 

A thorough stretching to help improve range of motion and flexibility.

Silver Sneakers Circuit

Mon and/or Wed 10:30-11:15AM 

Exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living. Using elastic tubing, light weights and inflated balls. Parts or all of the class can be performed while seated.

Strength and Core

Tues and/or Thurs 6:45 AM – 7:45 AM 

The class will utilize dumbbells, tubes, and/or body weight, focusing mainly on the arms and upper body muscles. Core work will follow focusing on your abdominal, glute and hamstring area. This class will support increasing your bone density, burning fat, reducing injuries, and improving the quality of life. This class is a perfect complement to your cardio workouts.

Yoga

Mon 5:30-6:30 PM 

and/or Tues and/or Thurs 10:30-11:30 AM 

Gentle pose progressions and proper breathing techniques to help participants unlock tight muscles and release tension. Hatha style yoga. Good for all levels. 

Fit For Life

Tues, Thurs 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM 

 Fun, easy-to-follow cardio choreography combined with strength work, abdominal training, & stretch with modifications offered for beginner to intermediate levels.

Step Training

Mon or Wed 5:45-6:45 AM 

A great cardiovascular workout for a wide range of fitness levels. Step involves stepping onto and off of a platform while doing upper body movements. May be done without a platform.

HIIT With Rose

Tues and/or Thurs 5:30-6:30 AM 

Challenge your mind and your body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed and execution of your movements.  Each participant works at his/her own fitness level. This training involves work (high intensity) periods followed by varied recovery (low intensity) periods. The training can be modified for people of all fitness levels and special conditions.
