Birthday Parties

When:

• Friday nights from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM – Pool time is 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Saturdays from 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM * NEW
  
• Sundays from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Cost: Pricing is based on the membership of the person who is celebrating the birthday.

• Y Members – $90.00 for 15 children (additional children are $3.00 each)
• Non-Members – $125.00 for 15 children (additional children are $3.00 each)
• Payment in FULL is required before booking. 

Package Includes:

• Use of lobby room for your party food (private kitchenette included)
• Use of tables and chairs 
• Use of pool, auxiliary gym, and Family Fun Zone 
• YMCA birthday shirt for the Birthday Child.

Special Notes:

• Adult Supervision is required at all times in every location the children are participating in.
• You are responsible for cleaning up all areas after your party is over.
• Additional Children (above 15) must be paid for on the day of the event.

Cancelation Policy:

• Two weeks’ notice is required to receive a full refund for any cancellation.
• Less than two weeks up to 1-week notice is required for any cancellation to receive $65.00/member or $100/non-member.
• One week up to 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation to receive $45.00/member or $62.00/non-member.
• Cancellation 48 hours or less, refunds not obtainable.
