Aqua Exercise – shallow water & deep water

Shallow water: Mon or Wed or Fri 8:15-9:00 AM.  

Deep water: Wed or Fri: 9:00 – 9:45 AM

Medium intensity class that helps improve cardiovascular endurance and tone the entire body.

Aqua Boogie

Shallow water: Mon 6:15pm-7pm

Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are expected in this new water class. We blend it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning and body-toning.

Wet Workout

Tues or Thurs 5:30-6:15 PM

Shallow water workout with low impact on joints that helps improve flexibility and range of motion.

Aqua Jogging

Tues or Thurs 9:00-9:45 AM

Using a flotation belt, participants “jog” in the water with little to no impact on knees and hips.

Aquarobics

Wed 5:30-6:15 PM

Medium intensity cardiovascular workout to help burn calories and tone muscles.
