The personal trainer offers one on one training for your specific health goal. This can include anything from strength training to fat loss to flexibility and balance. What areas of focus you choose will depend on your needs and the personal trainer’s instruction.
When training at the Y, you will have access to various free weights, cardio equipment, Life Fitness weight machines, and a dedicated room with drop platforms and bumper plates for deadlifting and Olympic weightlifting.
You can purchase a package of 5 hours of personal training for $150 that can be broken up into 30, 45, or 60 minutes workout sessions.
Suppose you are interested in a larger group setting. In that case, we also offer over 15 free fitness classes to members, including Zumba, Yoga, Body workshop, HIIT, Boot Camp, Silver Sneakers Circuit Stretch, and Balance, and many water group fitness classes.
