New Group Fitness Classes

Check out two of our newest Group Fitness Classes! These are two of our latest group fitness classes that the Family YMCA of Northwest Illinois offers. These classes can be modified to fit your personal workout level and needs.

HIIT With Bill – A High-Intensity Interval Training class with our personal trainer William Beal. This class runs for four weeks and is Tues and/or Thurs 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM on the lower level (health and wellness center). If you are a member, this class is free; if you are not a Y member, this class costs $30 for the four weeks.

Cardio Thai Pads is a challenging strength and endurance workout using various tools to provide thorough training for all fitness levels. This class runs for eight weeks and is Mon and/or Wed 6:45 – 7:45 PM, held in the Multi-Purpose Room. This class session is free to members; it is $45 for the eight-week session if you are not a member. This class requires hand wraps and boxing gloves to attend the class. * Not self-defense or martial arts class.

Both classes are free with your Family YMCA of Northwest Illinois membership!
